2025 REPORT ON THE ACTIVITIES OF THE CHARITABLE FOUNDATION “COMMON CAUSE”

In 2025, the Ukrainian Armed Forces faced another year of intense and exhausting warfare, with the success on battlefield increasingly dependent on unmanned systems, precise intelligence, and resilient command structures.

The Foundation’s support targeted the most pressing needs: technological superiority, uninterrupted logistics, secure communication channels, and rapid unit rehabilitation, contributing to military units’ efficiency and survivability

Supporting the military and strengthening defense capabilities

Throughout 2025, Common Cause”systematically provided units with the necessary technical and tactical means to perform combat tasks in modern warfare conditions:

• FPV T-Bone 5 ground control stations — several such stations were transferred to defenders of Ukraine, allowing for stable control of unmanned systems and optimization of strike group operations.

• Mavic 3T drones with thermal imaging modules — purchased and transferred to enhance aerial reconnaissance.

• Batteries and repeaters for FPV drones — 10 batteries and 2 repeaters were transferred, significantly increasing the flight duration and range of the drones.

• Communication kits for artillerymen — Starlink Mini with protective cases and other equipment for reliable control and coordination were provided.

• Training of UAV operators — equipment was transferred to the Operator Training Center, strengthening its ability to quickly train new specialists.

• Repair of vehicles — at the request of the military, the restoration of combat vehicles was financed, increasing the mobility of units.

• Transport support for units — during the summer, the fund transferred buggies for combat and logistical tasks on one of the front lines, which significantly increased the mobility and safety of military personnel.

• Conversion of specialized transport — at the request of the KRUK” UAV Operator Training Center, the Foundationcontributed to the conversion of a passenger bus into a mobile training center for training unmanned aerial vehicle operators. This format allows training to be conducted directly in field conditions that are as close as possible to real combat tasks, which improves the quality of training and reduces risks for military personnel on the front line.

The implementation of these measures has increased the tactical effectiveness of units, reduced risks to personnel, and contributed to the successful completion of combat tasks.

Social and Medical support

The foundation focused not only on the front lines, but also on the home front — on people suffering from the consequences of war:

• Medical care — part of the funds was used to purchase equipment and instruments for medical facilities treating wounded soldiers.

• Support for paramedics and volunteer teams — medicines, consumables, and necessary resources for daily work were provided.

• Assistance to the families of fallen defenders — the fund supported a campaign to prepare Christmas gifts for children who lost their parents in the war, bringing a little light and attention to families during a difficult time.

This area has remained an important part of the Charitable Foundation’s work, as the war affects not only the front lines but also thousands of families across the country.

Overall results:

Since the start of the russian federation's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Common Cause” Charitable Foundation has allocated more than UAH 32 million (USD 800,000) to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, medical initiatives, and humanitarian projects.

Every hryvnia was used where it had a direct impact on saving lives, improving combat readiness, and rehabilitating people.

In 2026, our priorities remain unchanged. We continue to work toward Ukraine's complete victory and toward the strengthening of its defense capabilities. Each project implemented is a contribution to the security of the State, the preservation of lives, and the future of our country.
